Am I Eligible?

Homebound individuals aged 60+ living with mobility impairment or other disabilities may qualify to have hot, nutritious meals delivered to their homes every weekday.

Applications for homebound meal service are reviewed to determine need, and may be placed on a waiting list depending on meal availability.
